Room Rates:

Rates quoted are based on double occupancy & include breakfast during your stay. 

Range of rates reflects reduction incurred from multiple consecutive weeknight stays and seasonal fluctuations.  For example, if you stay for three consecutive weeknights your rate reduction is equal to getting one night free (Discount dates - March 1-June 15 and Columbus Day-December 7 This offer is non-transferable, may not be redeemed at a later date and only applies to consecutive weeknight stays.)  Scroll down this page to make a reservation online.

Military Discounts:

To thank you for your service, we are offering a special discount for Active Enlisted men and women. Stay with us any weeknight, Sunday - Thursday and we will give you a 25% Military discount, stay on the weekend, Friday and/or Saturday, and your Military discount is 15% off our base room rates.

We are only about 65 miles away from Fort Drum, at the Stillwater Reservoir just inside the Adirondack Park. This is a perfect nearby get-a-way for you and your loved one! Take a night to escape and experience the wilderness of the Adirondacks.  (Military Discounts cannot be combined with other discount offers.)

Please request these items prior to your arrival to have them waiting in your room when you check in you may also request them when reserving online via our online registration form - click check availability below.

Reservations:

To make a reservation, please contact us at 315-376-2488 OR click on the check availability link below or from any page and follow the instructions.  Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of your room rental.  On holidays, a 100% deposit is required.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

During peak season periods (Jan., Feb., July, Aug., Sept.), we may require a two or three night minimum stay.

Check Availability

Cancellation Policy:

We require a 14 day notice prior to your arrival date of cancellation to provide a refund of your reservation deposit; there is a $25.00 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) that will be deducted from any potential refund.

Within the 14 day window, we will attempt to work with you to arrange an alternate date to apply your deposit towards.  However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, there will be no refunds or alternate dates offered. 

Deposits must be used within the year that they are made or they are forfeited.

No shows will be billed for the entire balance due on the reservation.  Early departures will likewise be billed according to their original reservation.  We make every effort to accomodate your needs and last minute changes in your travel plans are not fair to the Bed and Breakfast nor to the many other guests that are turned away during the course of the year.  We cannot guarantee weather conditions for you at any time of the year. 

On the other side of the coin, should you desire to extend your stay, we will make every effort to accomodate you, but a room change may be necessary. 

Charges after you've departed:  Should we discover room damage, including violation of our non-smoking policy, an appropriate repair and/or cleaning fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card. 

Gift certificates:  We are proud to offer gift certificates for Northern Lights.  They may be purchased for a specific dollar amount or for a particular room/number of nights stay, for example, one night in the Cherry Room.  In addition, we accept Gift Certificates from the Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association and Bed and Breakfast.com.
